Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SeenByLLM (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. We charge upfront for each billing cycle. Trials, when offered, last 14 days and require no card. After trial, your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit prompts that contain unlawful, defamatory, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service, or reverse-engineer it.
• Do not use the Service to monitor brands you do not own or do not have authorization to monitor.

4. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service. You retain rights to data you submit. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time by cancelling the subscription. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is registered.
